Why is Leadership Important?

Leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving an expected outcome. In an organisational setting, this can mean directing employees and colleagues with a strategy to meet the organisation’s needs. However, Covid-19 highlighted that now more than ever that our leaders and managers need to be comfortable with ambiguity.

We use innovative models during our training design phase, such as Patrick Lencioni’s five functions of a team. This model allows us to embed work culture alongside mental wellbeing training and acts as a fantastic framework to affect positive change within your organisation.

For example, we can design training around Lencioni’s model, using a 5-phase approach which starts with a pulse test to measure the inward perception of your employees and provide us with the data to understand their cultural perspective of your organisation. We then use the results from the pulse test to create an innovative training solution, using each level of the model framework to build in the key learning outcomes. Finally, we measure the success of this model by repeating the pulse test once all your training and coaching sessions are complete.

We can also build in several profiling tools, such as ICOM4 and DiSC, which assist your employees in establishing more significant levels of self-awareness and an awareness of others.
