Rebecca's passion in psychology and mental health stemmed from a young age when she discovered an interest in the power of the human mind. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology. In 2018 Rebecca followed her urge to understand and experience new cultures travelling around Australia, New Zealand and Asia, where she completed a mental health placement volunteering in Colombo, Sri Lanka. On her return to the UK, Rebecca completed a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology. Continuing her own development Rebecca has studied NLP and Hypnotherapy at Master level, her thirst for continuing her own professional growth is testimony of her motivation to help others.
