Mick is an operations and training specialist who served 22 years in the Royal Air Force, and for most of that time, he trained the Special Forces in high altitude parachute insertion techniques. His military career highlight was four years attached to the Special Air Service, where he conducted parachute operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Recently, he completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Mick is an inspirational leader who believes leadership is a process of social influence, which maximises the efforts of others towards the achievement of a goal.

Mick has a wealth of knowledge in applying advanced organisational principles, theories, and concepts. In addition, his experience as a trainer enables him to develop solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organisational objectives.
